The internet is a wonderful place for people with diverse backgrounds to occasionally come together and wage social war against brands. Whether it is social activism, product recalls, controversial advertising campaigns or an accidentally offensive brand tweet, I've managed the fallout, the apologies and the rebuilding of brand trust.
